1 Lid diameter

Preset outside diameters: 18″, 20″ and 28″. For any other diameter, choose Custom for an individual fit review.

These are circular through-cut openings. Fittings, removable covers, gaskets and exact opening offsets are not specified or included by this preview.

The fit check uses a provisional ½″ gap between cutouts and to the edge, solely to flag crowded layouts. It is not a structural or sealing standard.

3 Custom image & wording

Up to two lines; anything you type here is shown in the upper engraving area. Text fits automatically in the layout.

PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 5 MB. A transparent PNG works best. Your image is previewed locally and an optimized copy is sent only when you submit the contact inquiry. Original production artwork may be requested later.

  1. 01. Choose the outside diameter, center drain and access opening. Add wording or a logo.
  2. 02. Send the configuration and discuss the actual opening measurements, required tolerances, material and application with John.
  3. 03. Approve the production layout and quote before any lid is fabricated.

A custom lid—not a certified assembly.

The preview does not specify a gas-tight, radon-compliant, pressure-rated or load-bearing assembly. If the lid is intended for a sump or radon system, tell John; sealing, attachment and system requirements must be reviewed with the qualified installer before fabrication. No seals, fittings or hardware are promised here.
